How to tell if the meter was sold by us?

When you turn on the meter, the splash screen will show "Welcome www.satherometers.com".  Your serial number and registration code must match our database information.

Where do I find my serial number and registration code?

Serial number and registration code can be found on the back side of the battery door.  Remove the battery door to see it.  Keep this code in a safe place.  You will need it when you do a factory reset on your meter.
